Central Johannesburg TVET College is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director: Office Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing office management, strategic planning, and policy development in a dynamic public sector environment. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in office management, public management, and policy implementation. A post-graduate qualification in a related field will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office management strategies.

The Assistant Director: Financial Accounting role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in financial management and accounting systems. This position offers the opportunity to manage key financial operations, including expenditure, asset management, revenue functions, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, accounts, and budgets.
- Perform reconciliations and clear accounts.
- Ensure compliance with the PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and other financial legislation.
- Supervise a team and ensure efficient financial operations.
- Maintain and manage fixed assets, inventories, and revenue functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related field (NQF Level 6).
- 3-5 years of relevant financial experience, including supervisory roles.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting systems (BAS) and relevant public sector legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAGE, and ITS, with a valid driver’s license.
