GPAA EB Administrator (Two Pot) Positions – 2024

Position: EB Administrator (Two Pot) – Reference: EB/ADMIN/TWO-POT PROJECT/2024/10-20C
Posts Available: 20
Contract: 12 months
Salary: R255,450 per annum (Level 06) + 37% in lieu of benefits
Location: Pretoria Head Office

Minimum Requirements:

  • A relevant three-year National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with 360 credits (preferably in administration or finance) and 18 months of experience in claims processing/payment.
  • Alternatively, a Senior Certificate/Matric with three years of experience in claims processing/payment.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in retirement fund or employee benefits claims.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of claims processing standards, employee benefits, and client relations management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A three-year tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field with 18 months of financial experience, including 6 months in tracing or debt collection.
  • Alternatively, a Senior Certificate/Matric with three years of experience in finance, including 6 months in tracing or debt collection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a preference for candidates fluent in English and additional official languages.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
