Position Details:

  • Position: Skilled Worker (36-Month Contract)
  • Salary: Stipend R0 – R78,000.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the site manager to oversee the construction site’s progress.
  • Ensure quality control by verifying that all milestones meet the approved specifications.
  • Attend construction site meetings at local, district, and Head Office levels.
  • Ensure contractor payment claims are accurate, timely, and reflect completed work.
  • Make sure the contractor complies with EPWP reporting guidelines.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: National Diploma or N6 Certificate in Building Science, Quantity Survey, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
  • Skills: Report writing, time management, formal and informal communication, and computer literacy.
