Available Positions and Details

1. Deputy Director: Operational Support

  • Location: Defence Force Service Commission (DFSC) Office, Kasteel Park, Erasmuskloof, Pretoria
  • Salary: R849,702 per annum (Level 11)

Key Requirements:

  • A Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification with a Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Behavioral Sciences (NQF Level 6).
  • A postgraduate degree or diploma with research methodology is advantageous.
  • Minimum three years of experience at middle management level.
  • Strong skills in research, report writing, and problem-solving.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license.

2. Assistant Director (Total Rewards)

Key Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with a recognized Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree with a focus on research methodology is a plus.
  • Minimum three years of experience at salary level 7 or equivalent, with a background in human resources and policy analysis.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities, as well as excellent research and writing skills.
  • Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license recommended.
